To have Attractive Skin, you have to Avoid!

Everyone wants to have healthy and beauty skin,
There is very simple items which any one need to know to prevent skin damage.

Tanning is one of procedures which damage skin.
Too much exposure with sun can lead to early wrinkling and skin age spots, and will increase risk of skin cancers.

To avoid sun damage:

  • Stay indoors when the sun’s burning rays is the strongest.
  • Use sun protections with enough SPF (sun protection factor )rate whenever you have to stay under sun exposure
  • Sun’s Ultraviolet rays include UVA and UVB. UVA penetrates the skin deeper than UVB rays, causing wrinkles and contributing to skin cancer. UVB causes sunburn and is also a factor in skin cancer
  • Sunscreen protects your skin against the ultraviolet rays.

What SPF Means

The (SPF) in sunscreens tells you how well they prevent sunburns.
The American Academy of Dermatology recommends using a sunscreen of minimum  SPF 30 or higher .

When and How Often to Use Sunscreen

You should wear sunscreen every day, in every season, even if it’s cloudy, rainy, or cold outside.

the sun’s UVA rays  can come through windows and glass, so you will need to apply sunscreen even if you’re only going to be driving or you are at home but stay  behind the windows .

Reapply sunscreen every one and a half hours after you sweat or swim.
If you use  foundation, apply sunscreen first and then put on top of  your foundation.
