  1. Moisturize your skin

Moisturizing your skin is not just the beauty regimen that you wanted to ignore. This is one of the most important skin habit that all skin types have to practice. Moisturizers not just makes your skin smooth but it hydrates your skin which helps protect it and prevent it from flaking and dryness.

  1. Increase your water intake

Taking at least 3 liters of water daily is important to not only meet you daily intake need but it has a vital importance in making your skin hydrated. Hydrated skin promotes and maintains its elasticity. Good skin elasticity prevents you from having those wrinkles and folds.

  1. Practice proper cleansing

Our skin is our first later of defense in our body. It is  a portal of all the pollution that we are encountering daily. It is very important to always wash our skin for at least twice a day. For people who are wearing make up, it is a must take off your make up thoroughly before going to bed. Remember that during sleep our skin regenerates and having make up on will not just ruin your skin but as well slows down your skin’s regeneration.

  1. Eat Healthy

You reflect what you eat. Your diet has a vital role in promoting radiant skin. Add in your diet those foods that are rich in omega 3, vitamin E and vitamin C. These elements are very helpful in maintaining healthy skin. They protect, detoxify and hydrate your skin.

  1. Have enough sleep

Sleep is one of the beauty regimen that is mostly ignored. Those late night movies and parties do affect our skin. During our sleep, our body is free from activities and so our skin will be able to repair itself better which gives you a glowing skin in the morning. Depriving yourself from sleep will most likely increases your risk in having wrinkles. It important to have 7-9 hours quality sleep a day.
